Data we collect

From the contact form: name, email, optional engagement interest, optional headcount, and message content. From engagements: business contact details and materials you supply (which may incidentally include personal data in timesheets or rosters). From the website: technical logs and, if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated visit information.

Purposes

We use this data to respond to inquiries, perform contracted analytics work, improve the website, and meet legal obligations in Thailand.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active proposal. Engagement working files follow the retention window in the statement of work, then are deleted or returned. Cookie identifiers follow the durations listed on our Cookies page.

Your rights

Subject to Thai personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Email hello@linkpathbase.click with your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Thailand.

International transfers

We primarily process data in Thailand. If a processor outside Thailand is used (for example, email infrastructure), we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and limit access to what the engagement requires.

Security

We apply access controls and secure transfer practices for client extracts. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk proportionate to the sensitivity of delivery data.

Updates

We may update this notice as our practices or legal requirements change. The version on this page is the current one.
