Acceptance

By browsing this website or commissioning work from Linkpathbase Co., Ltd., you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a consulting firm, you confirm you have authority to bind that firm.

Services described

Pages describing diagnostics, reviews, visualization packs, and retainers are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign a written proposal or statement of work that states scope, fees, and timeline.

Intellectual property

Website content, visual design, and sample board layouts remain the property of Linkpathbase Co., Ltd. Deliverables created for a client under a signed engagement are licensed to that client for internal partner use as stated in the statement of work. You may not resell our packs or republish them as your own product.

Client materials

You retain ownership of timesheets, fee extracts, and other materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to use those materials solely to perform the engagement.

Liability

Analytics briefings support management discussion; they do not replace legal, tax, or audit advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkpathbase Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions made after reviewing our packs. Our aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep rates and descriptions current. If website text conflicts with a signed proposal, the proposal controls.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, unless a signed proposal states otherwise.
