Refunds & cancellations

Scope

These terms apply to Service Delivery Diagnostics, Utilization Reviews, Project Margin Visualization packs, Partner Briefing Retainers, and related scoping work described on this site. They do not cover products or delivery models we do not offer.

Deposits

Fixed-scope engagements typically require a deposit stated in the proposal (often 40% of the engagement fee) before extract intake begins. Retainer months are invoiced in advance according to the signed schedule.

Cancellation by the client

If you cancel before extract intake begins, we refund the deposit in full within 14 business days to the original payment method. If you cancel after intake has started but before draft boards are delivered, we refund 50% of fees paid for that engagement, retaining the remainder for work already performed. If draft boards or a final pack have been delivered, fees for that engagement are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Linkpathbase

If we must cancel an engagement for reasons within our control, we refund fees paid for undelivered work in full within 14 business days.

Rescheduling

Partner briefings may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the proposal. Retainer pack dates follow the agreed calendar; missed client review windows may shift delivery into the next cycle without extending the paid month.

No-shows

If the nominated contacts miss a scheduled briefing without notice, the briefing is treated as delivered for fee purposes. We will offer one courtesy reschedule within ten business days when capacity allows.

Work already started

Time spent on intake quality checks, board design, and commentary is billable once started. Partial refunds, when available under the cancellation rules above, already reflect that work.

Purchased materials

Printed packs produced at your request after approval of final boards are non-refundable once printing has been ordered.

Retainers

Monthly retainers may be ended with thirty days’ written notice. Fees for months already delivered or in progress are non-refundable. Prepaid months not yet started are refundable on a pro-rata basis.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original bank transfer or card channel. Currency conversion differences charged by banks are outside our control.

How to request a refund

Email hello@linkpathbase.click with your firm name, engagement title, invoice number, and reason. You may also call 023934972. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the outcome in writing.

Exceptions

If a signed proposal states different cancellation terms for a specific engagement, that proposal prevails for that engagement only.
